    Can I choose my own ribbon colours and text?

    At the moment our designs are made so that you can choose the hoodie colour and personalization but not the ribbons. If you'd like something totally bespoke, we can also do that ! Just email us at sales@litavita.co.uk

    How many characters can I add to the ribbon?

    Each ribbon can have upto 8 characters for each side of the ribbbon (i.e. 8 on the RHS and 8 on the LHS)

    Do you offer hoodies without personalisation?

    We have some fun designs in the mix which will be ready to wear and for immediate dispatch - these will be launching in November!

    How long will my order take?

    Our hoodies are made to order. Please allow 10 days for customization and 1-2 days for shipping. If you have a rush order, email us at sales@litavita.co.uk and we'll do our best to help!

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we ship globally! Contact us for specific shipping options outside of the UK and we'll be happy to set this up for you.

    What sizes do you offer?

    We're currently offering sizes 5-12y for kids but we will be expanding this to adults soon!

    Can I return a personalised hoodie?

    Unfortunately, personalised items can’t be returned unless they are faulty — but if there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right!

    What if my hoodie arrives damaged or incorrect?

    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll replace or fix it as quickly as possible.

    How should I wash my hoodie?

    Turn your hoodie inside out and wash at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying to keep ribbons and beads looking their best.

    Will the ribbons/beads come loose?

    Our ribbons are hand-threaded and knotted securely, but we recommend checking knots before washing.
